BM Residence
The initial idea for this project was a residence in a sloped terrain with an infinity outdoor swimming pool, a ventilated façade and an opened gallery at the dining room. Extended terrace with access to the garden.
DL House Interior
The request of the client was to design an open floor plan where the dining room has a high ceiling and clean design. Natural lightning stands out and in the first floor the bedrooms take place, connection from the big hallway.
MI CASA Spa and Conference
Part of the hotel MI CASA is the conference room and its own SPA and relax space for its clients. The conference room has capacity for 40 guests and the spa center has massage room, Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi offering a good place to relax and enjoy the view of the city.
MI CASA Hotel Rooms
The hotel is a total renovation of an existing building, everything is changed from inside and whole new floor is added so we could meet the requirements for the new hotel rooms and spa. While the hotel is situated at the old part of the city near the Castle the facade is worked with traditional materials like bricks and mortar. The interior design is a combination of the traditional and modern architecture.
NIKK Apartment
Our client requirement was to design an apartment that is related to his profession. So we used lights and shapes inspired from the sound waves.
IN Living and Kitchen
Design of a modern living room with a kitchen in L form floor plan with straight lines to define interior space.
BLS Group Offices
The new offices for our client based in Germany, all the spaces inside are divided with glass partitions and colors used for walls are part of the logo design.
Kimi Showroom and Warehouse
The initial idea for this project was to design the new offices and warehouse for the electrical company KIMI, where most of the front facade has to be illuminated and bring on the light by night, covered by red perforated metal sheets.
Il Monte
Request from the investor was to design mixed commercial and office building. Where the ground floor is designed to be multifunctional and the first floor is where the offices with glass partition take place. The second floor is reserved for penthouse apartments with big terraces for the residents to enjoy the view.
DL Residence
The initial idea for this project was to design a luxury residence with an open floor plan, with a two story dining room, the front facade has tremendous entrance and is divided with another material from other parts. At the backyard takes place the outside swimming pool and pergola.
