HL RESIDENCE

The idea behind this project emerged from transformation rather than replacement. An existing single-family house became the foundation for a new vision: a contemporary luxury residence designed to accommodate three families under one architectural identity.

Instead of erasing the past, the project reinterprets it. The original structure was carefully reworked and expanded, allowing the house to grow vertically and spatially while maintaining balance, privacy, and comfort for each family unit. The challenge was not only technical, but architectural — to create three independent homes that feel generous and private, yet remain part of a cohesive whole.
